Dolphins trail Lions 10-3 at halftime

It wasn't pretty. In fact, every single play was a struggle.

However, the Dolphins only trail 10-3 at halftime.

Ryan Tannehill has struggled. He hasn't been terrible, but he also hasn't been smart.

On third down inside the Detroit 20 Tannehill threw an awful interception that would have been returned for a TD had he not chased the returner all the way down the field.

That proved to be a huge play, because Brent Grimes intercepted Stafford in the endzone on the very next play. Grimes made one of the best one handed catches you'll ever see.

Miami would match down the field and kick a FG at the end of the half.

The big story is Branden Albert, Miami's best player in my opinion. Albert was carted off the field with a right leg injury. It did not look good, folks. Season ending bad.

Ja'Waun James is your new LT for the very foreseeable future.

Defensively, the Dolphins have fought. A fake punt led to a DET field goal. A 49 yard TD to Calvin Johnson is the difference in this game.

Offensively, the Miami run game has been stifled. The Dolphins have 10 rushes for 18 yards.

Ryan Tannehill has not run yet.

Miami gets the ball to begin the third. They MUST get points out of it.
