Week Four in the NFL: Picks and predictions

The third round of a major is referred to as "moving day." After week three, you might as well just start calling me Rory Mcllroy. Now, it's time to build on it.

Last week's record: 12-3

Overall record: 27-18

Packers @ Bears: "Five letters here just for everybody out there in Packer-land: R-E-L-A-X. Relax. We're going to be OK." I know you will be, Aaron. I know.

Pick: Packers 27 Bears 23

Bills @ Texans: What do two average quarterbacks plus two scary defenses equal? A snoozer.

Pick: Texans 17 Bills 16

Titans @ Colts: ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! Guess who visited his friendly neighborhood MRI machine this week? That’s right, good ol’ Jake Locker. Kudos to him, though.. three weeks has to be a PR, right?

Pick: Colts 31 Titans 13

Panthers @ Ravens: Steve Smith may very well have a career game here, but one player can't do it all. I like SuperCam and the Cats to get it done.

Pick: Panthers 23 Ravens 17

Lions @ Jets: How do the Jets manage to lose in such Jets fashion week in and week out? It’s nothing short of impressive at this point. #MV1

Pick: Lions 24 Jets 14

Buccaneers @ Steelers: Offensive Coordinator Jeff Tedford is taking an indefinite leave of absence.. That offense would give me heart problems too.

Pick: Steelers 28 Buccaneers 10

Jaguars @ Chargers: My life would be so much easier if Philip Rivers was Miami’s quarterback. I guess that’s what Madden’s for, though.

Pick: Chargers 35 Jaguars 7

Falcons @ Vikings: Rookie quarterback making his first career start? Rest up, Matt Asiata. Gonna be a looooong day.

Pick: Falcons 30 Vikings 13

Eagles @ 49ers: Guess that whole “Nick Foles is a fluke” thing was kinda silly, wasn’t it? The kid’s good. But an angry 49ers team at home, coming off a loss, is probably better. Probably.

Pick: 49ers 27 Eagles 24

Saints @ Cowboys: Hope Jerry bought a couple new bulbs for the scoreboard. Not exactly a defensive struggle here. Need one. Got one. Upset city, population, Jerry’s world.

Pick: Cowboys 35 Saints 31

Patriots @ Chiefs: You know what’s better than one upset? Two upsets. Come Andy, lemme see that post game dance again!

Pick: Chiefs 24 Patriots 21

All your pre game Dolphins coverage will be up and at em' tomorrow morning, so come back and check it out, as well as my prediction for tomorrow's game (although I'm 0-3, so I don't blame you if you don't).

And, as always, remember to follow the live blog throughout the game.

One. Day.
