Dolphins, Steelers Nearing Snowy Kickoff; inactives for both teams

It's 26 degrees.

It's snowing.

And, most importantly, the Dolphins are in their aqua pants today.  Yes, there will be no white out for the first time in the Joe Philbin era.  The last time Miami wore the aqua pants?

RB Daniel Thomas, who suffered what some believed to be a season ending ankle injury two weeks ago.

Who else?  CB Dimitri Patterson, who will reportedly try to play today.  Nolan Carroll will start.
