Patriots defeat Fins 28-0 to end 2012 season

Well, what are you gonna do?

This: get an offensive line that isn't offensive, get a receiver who doesn't drop pass after pass, and get a cornerback.

Those are the three GLARING needs that this shutout loss exposed at great lengths today.

Ryan Tannehill was sacked SEVEN times today. I'm shocked the kid didn't break something.

Armon Binns dropped a TD pass and a fourth down conversion pass.

Wes Welker and Tom Brady shredded the Fins secondary.

Reggie Bush fumbled the ball at the one yard line.

Absolutely nothing went Miami's way today.

Ryan Tannehill didn't play bad considering the circumstances. He went 20-35, for 235 yards and an INT.

Reggie Bush did nothing today, with the exception of a 20 yard run on the final play of the game. He fell 12 yards short of 1,000.

Defensively, Miami was passed on, run on, basically torched all day long. They came in with 41 sacks on the year and only got to Tom Brady once today.

That, I did not see coming.

And so that'll do it for the 2012 Miami Dolphins. They finish 7-9, second in the AFC East, and with a huge offseason upon them.

Bad way to end a pretty good season considering the expectations. But hey, only 9 months till week one!

More to come.
